Other General Conditions :
1) Age will be determined as on date of Written Test/Interview, relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/EWS as per Govt, of India rules.
2) The total duration of the scheme is 3 years and appointment will be initially for period of one year, which may be curtailed or extended at the discretion of the competent authority.
3) The Engagement will be purely on Contractual basis and co-terminus with the Project/Programme. And no claim for continuation of service/regular appointment will be entertained (selected candidate will have to give Undertaking for this).
4) The applicants should bring their duly filled application with a set of photo copies of selfattested certificates, marks cards, caste certificate and experience certificates etc., (along with originals) & 2 recent passport size photograph.
5) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview.
6) The Selection Committee has the right to select or reject application of the candidate. The personnel selected through this interview may also be deployed in other projects of the Institute as per requirement.
7) Assistant Director In-charge, CARI, Bengaluru reserves the right to postpone or cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason.
8) Before submitting the application, the candidates should ensure that they are eligible in all respects.

1. Consultant (Ayurveda) Post
Essential: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from a recognized University. Desirable: Higher qualification with atleast 10 years of clinical and research experience. Managerial skills and ability to communicate with public in Kannada.
2. Consultant (Admin) Post
Essential: Retired officer of Central /State Government /Autonomous bodies who has served as Assistant / Supervisory staff having working experience in administration, accounts and establishment. Retired atleast in Grade Pay 4200/4600/ 4800/5400. Desirable: Knowledge in computers.
3. Consultant (Medicine) Post
Essential: MBBS from a recognized University. Desirable: PG degree with good clinical experience. Able to communicate with public in Kannada.
4. SRF (IT) SRF (Ayurveda) Post
Essential: - BE /B Tech/MCA from a recognized University, preferably Computer science / Information technology and 2 years of experience.
5. SRF (Yoga) Post
Essential: - Bachelor or MSc in Yoga from a recognized University or BAMS with a Yoga certification and atleast 1 year of Practical work experience in Yoga . Desirable: Higher qualification, good computer knowledge, 2 years work experience and able to communicate with public in Kannada.
6. SRF (Bio-statistics) Post
Essential: - Masters in Statistics from a recognized University. Desirable: - Specialization in Biostatistics, previous work experience in clinical projects.
7. SRF (Chemistry) Post
Essential: PG in Chemistry (M. Pharm./M.Sc) or B. Tech (Chemical sciences) from a recognized University/Institution. Desirable: Knowledge of ASU drug standardization and analytical techniques. Handling instruments like HPTLC. Drafting of scientific documents/ articles/ reports etc., Working knowledge of computer applications
8. Social worker (Through outsourcing) Post
Essential: Bachelor in social work/ clinical psychology/ post graduate in Sociology (MSW) from a recognized University/Institution. Desirable : Working knowledge on computer, experience in clinical projects and able to communicate with public in Kannada
9. Data entry operator / Office Assistant (Through outsourcing) Post
Essential: Bachelor degree from a recognized institution, Knowledge in computer applications, can work on MS-office, 35 wpm typing speed in English and good communication skill
10. Multi-tasking Attendant (Through outsourcing) Post
Essential: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognise board and basic computer knowledge.

Essential: Diploma or certificate course in Panchakarma technician course from a recognized institution. Desirable: Work experience in Panchakarma therapy
