சுகாதார துறை வேலைக்கான​ முக்கிய​ நிபந்தணைகள்:

1.	இந்த வேலைக்கான விண்ணப்பங்கங்கள் நேரிலோ அல்லது பதிவஞ்சல் / விரைவஞ்சல் மூலமாக விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.
2.	விண்ணப்பத்தில் பாஸ்போர்ட் அளவு புகைப்படம் ஒட்ட​ வேண்டும்.
3.	விண்ணப்பத்துடன் இருப்பிட சான்று, சாதிச்சான்று உட்பட விண்ணப்பிக்கும் பதவிக்குறிய கல்வித் தகுதி சான்றிதழ்கள் ஜெராக்ஸ் நகல்கள் மற்றும் சுய சாண்றொப்பம் (Self Attested) இடப்பட்டு அனைத்து ஆவணங்களையும் ஜெராக்ஸ் நகல் இணைத்து அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
4.	நேர்காணலின் நேரில் வரும் போது மட்டும் அசல் ஆவ்வணங்கள் எடுத்து வர​ வேண்டும்.
5.	ஒரு பதவிக்கு ஒரு நபரிடம் இருந்து ஒரு விண்ணப்பம் மட்டும் அனுப்ப​ வேண்டும். ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்ப்பட்ட​ விண்ணப்பங்கள் ஏற்றுகொள்ளப்படமாட்டாது.​
6.	பணியில் சேருவதற்க்கான சுய விருப்ப ஒப்புதல் கடிதம் (Under Taking) அளிக்க வேண்டும்.
