Selection Process:
| 1. Recruiter/HR Round |
| The shortlisted candidates will be called for HR round over the phone , to give introduction about Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency , aim of TNeGA , its work assignment, current scope of job posts , candidates Job participation, capturing the candidates current cost to the company , expected cost to the company , notice period , background information from the candidate – candidates expectations from TNeGA , explaining contractual terms , knowing the candidates flexibility in contract , work schedule and salary. |
| At the end of HR round, the candidate is expected to understand the contractual terms, job roles & responsibilities, TNeGA work assignments and finally capturing the candidate willingness to proceed with the next round of interview. |
| In case of candidate not willing to go with the further recruitment process, he/she can express his/her withdrawal through email |
| 2. Round 1 Interview |
| The shortlisted candidates will be called for round 1 technical interview. The candidates will be interviewed by vertical leads(AI/ML , Blockchain , Data Analytics, TNGIS) evaluating the functional and technical knowledge. The candidates who clear the round 1 interview will be called for panel interview. |
| 3. Panel Interview |
| The Panel Members may be from CMI/CDAC/NIC/IIT/Anna University and TNeGA . |

Responsibilities:
| 1. Design and implement efficient, fault-tolerant Machine Learning workflows for processing high-velocity, heterogeneous data in a production environment, including optimization of ML workflows for CPU & GPU processing |
| 2. Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements and create effective features. |
| 3. Apply research methodologies to identify the Machine Learning models for the problem at hand. |
| 4. Provide Architectural and Tech leadership in the ML team. |
| 5. Manage the full lifecycle of Machine Learning microservices, including model prototyping, training & evaluation, containerization, unit testing, performance optimization, and deployment in a Kubernetes-based infrastructure. |
| 6. Independently design and undertake new research as well as partner in a team environment across organizations. |

Preferred Qualifications:
| BE / B Tech / MCA / MSc / ME / M Tech or related field |
| Experience working with relational and NoSQL/Graph databases |
| Familiar with Major ML frameworks such as Tensorflow, Pytorch and Transformers |
| Ability and willingness to multi-task and learn new technologies quickly. |
